Pickles the Dog: A Christmas Tradition

It’s the first Christmas Pickles has with her new family. Kat is excited to share her Christmas traditions with Pickles. Her traditions are not so traditional, they are all about how she likes to give at Christmastime. The story includes an old Midwestern tradition of hiding a pickle ornament on the tree and there are hidden pickles throughout the pages.

The Pickles the Dog series was inspired by a real dog named Pickles. She was at an animal shelter during a major flood in her area and kept getting returned to the shelter. Eventually she ended up with a family member of Kat's, and boy are we glad she did because Pickles is one of the sweetest dogs around.
 
Kat donates 2% of her sales to animal shelters.
