The birdie disc moves with you- Clip it on your clothes, bike, stroller, or backpack while you reset your mind and body. When the button is held it will have a strobe light and a loud alarm that will sound. It is also has just a light feature, strobe light feature, and red light feature. It also is rechargable for as many uses as needed!
